In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, MMS is not required to provide a refund for change of mind or incorrect selection, however we will happily replace items that are deemed faulty or offer a store credit for return of a full-priced, unused, fully-packaged item if contacted within 7 days of delivery receipt. If you wish to return item/s received, please contact Mary Maker Studio via email within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return your item must be in as new condition. Unopened, unused, in its original packaging with email receipt as proof of purchase. Your return must be returned to Mary Maker Studio within 7 days of emailing return request.
Items sent back to MMS without first completing a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that orders must be received to be eligible for a return / refund. Orders still in transit do not qualify for a return / refund. If items are required for a specific date please ensure that adequate time is left for delivery, our express post option is always recommended. We ship from NSW Australia, orders to Western & Southern Australia may experience delayed delivery times in peak purchasing periods and during environmental disasters. Please check the Aus Post website for tracking.
Damages and issues
We place the utmost care in packaging your order, upon receiving your order please carefully inspect it and contact us immediately if the items received are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve this issue.
In the rare occurrence that your order is declared lost/damaged in transit by Australia Post, Mary Maker Studio is not responsible for sending a replacement; however, we will issue a full refund for the missing items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including PDF Patterns, fibre kits, 100g sample bundles and used goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will then provide a store credit voucher for the product cost paid, minus shipping cost paid.
