Due to the high volume of orders placed during our Black Friday sale we kindly request that you allow up to 10 days for the dispatch of your order. If urgency is a priority, we recommend opting for express post. However, please note that this choice ensures an expedited shipping service, not a shortened dispatch time. Orders made during sale times cannot be held and shipped at a later date
Given the upcoming peak season for couriers, it's important to be aware that delivery services are experiencing high volumes. Depending on your location, delays may vary, and it's possible that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. We appreciate your patience during this busy period.
Throughout the Black Friday event MMS will run daily deals. In order to qualify orders must be placed on the day of deal. Deals cannot be combined once orders are finalised. Thankyou for your understanding.
A physical voucher will be added to every 1 in 20 orders. This random selection is applied once 20 orders is reached, and then is reset. This will be valid to use in store on any items for 180 days.
The 30% discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Please be advised that this offer cannot be combined with any other discount codes. As a small business we appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Order Changes, Combining and Cancellations
- Due to peak demand, changes or cancellations to orders completed during checkout aren't possible. We advise careful selection of products. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions before making a purchase and we will happily assist.
- All sale items are considered final, and we cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges for discounted products.
- In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, MMS is not required to provide a refund for change of mind or incorrect selection however we will happily replace items that are deemed faulty or offer a store credit for return of a full-priced, unused, fully-packaged item if contacted within 14 days of delivery receipt.
- Any returns made after this time will not be accepted for a return (unless delayed due to postage & handling). A return must be initiated and approved via our customer service portal as a form is required (items are returned to an external warehouse company so without this, your return will not be able to be processed).
The items must be sent back to our warehouse at your cost and arrive in unused, fully-packaged and in original, new condition. This includes all dust bags, attached swing labels, product boxes and protective film or foam packaging and stuffing. Upon inspection, we will then provide a store credit voucher for the product cost paid, minus shipping cost paid. We recommend returning using tracked postage as any lost parcels are not the responsibility of Bon Maxie.
- We take great care to ensure products safely arrive at your door. Officially, Australia Post requests items damaged in transit be taken to your local post office for assessment. Similarly, Australia Post will need to investigate stolen/missing items. Please contact us with any breakages including images of the product in its original packaging.
- Mary Maker Studio accepts Paypal, Credit Card (Stripe), Afterpay, ZipPay and shop gift-cards. Once your order is finalised MMS cannot amend your chosen payment methods. A minimum order of $200 is required for all BNPL options.
Terms of Sale
- All orders are final. MMS cannot delay or hold orders once payment is finalised. - Upon delivery of your order, if you notice a problem please contact MMS within 7 days to rectify. After this time MMS does not accept responsibility for any adjustment of orders. If you have a change of mind, please contact MMS within 7 days of delivery to return. After this time period, all sales are final.
- Returns are not valid on automatic downloadable products, items that have been customised, and or 100g bundle options.
Gift cards are delivered by email instantaneously and contain instructions for redeeming at checkout. All gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- All discount codes must be entered at checkout and before sale the is finalised. MMS cannot edit orders to add codes once orders are finalised. If you are having trouble with this please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before your cart finalised. Only one discount can be used at the checkout per transaction.
- If you have more than one code it best to find that which has the greater savings and use the other(s) at a later date. All codes are case sensitive. If you are having trouble activating a code at the checkout please send an email to email@example.com prior to checking out so we can help.
- Our team cannot apply codes to a transaction once finalised
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that has misused private discount or referral codes.
- Free Shipping is redeemable for orders $200+ and up to 5kg, additional costs apply for bulk orders.
- Orders above 5kg will incur an additional shipping fee, this is based on the weight of parcel and delivery location. Shipping times are a guideline and are subject to change.
- If items are returned back to MMS in an unclaimed manner MMS are not responsible for secondary shipping costs.
- Orders are processed with 24-48 hours from our distribution centre in Oak Flats NSW, 2529. During peak periods including product launches & sale periods, you may experience a delay in processing times. For up to date transit times please consult the Australia Post website. In the event that there is an issue with delivery, direct lodgement can be made via the Australia Post customer service portal, MMS will work with you through this.
- We ship worldwide daily. Shipping is calculated at checkout by your location, and weight of your order. Please keep up to date with tracking and make contact with your local postal office. MMS is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
- If items are returned back to MMS in an unclaimed manner MMS are not responsible for shipping costs.
- The weight of products are calculated in full for shipping. For example, a 1kg cotton roll will weigh around 1.15kg. 5 x 1kg rolls will be greater than 5kg when calculated for shipping.
Collection of Goods
- MMS is an online store. Pick up is not available.
- Our fulfilment centre is not open to the public for visitations.
- All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items.
- Orders made during sale times cannot be held and shipped at a later date.
- As per the terms of order cancellation/amends, we will not refund the difference of a purchase made before/after the specified sale dates/times.
- Please treat your purchases with care. If handled roughly, stored incorrectly or misused they may become distressed. Store all items in a clean, dry & away from direct sunlight to ensure longevity
