The Story -
When we first launched our Cloud 9 Natural is went nuts- selling out in seconds. We were thrilled however being a smarty pants... the type that never stops pushing the boundaries... We thought for the next release we would amp it up a bit. Make it softer and more luxurious that previous, but it seems there really is a thing as too soft!

Our next batch was so soft with its exxxxtra fine fibres that when it is rolled onto the cardboard spools, its own weight alone squashed it leaving small, visible wave on the cord. Once we recognised this, we pulled it from the shelves. 

BUT then...
What we initially saw as a oopsie, became your favourite favourite effect. 
A truly bespoke and feminine feature that was adored by those who had the cotton already in their homes. When you used it, you received lots of positive comments from your customers and community who loved it and wanted it back. 

So after many requests, whilst we are not going to offer this cotton to all, we have it added it here for our loyal customers who've been dreaming of this flawless fibre since its disappearance.
